It is now several years since the Fully Regulated Power Bus has been commonly accepted as the optimum architecture approach for satellites managing power levels of 500W and above. Among the reasons contributing to such a conclusion, it could be found the improvement on the secondary power conversion. Howver, it is a real fact that fully power busses as specified today to the users do not necessarily contribute to such a size reduction.
