The new concept called strict quasipassivity is introduced. Necessary and sufficient conditions for feedback equivalence to strictly quasipassive system are established. The relations between strict quasipassivity property and ultimate boundedness of state trajectories of nonlinear systems are considered. Several constructive results concerned with design of control law provides ultimate boundedness of state trajectoris of nonlinear control systems in presence of input disturbances and unmodeled dynamics are given.
