The nickel-metal hydride(Ni-MH) system is attractive as a secondary battery becasue of its high energy density which comes from the large capacity of the metal hydride electrodes (1-3). In general, the performances of this Ni-MH battery such as discharge capacity, rat-ecapability and etc. depend basically on the properties of hydrogen storage alloys. Therfore many workshave been carried on developing high performance and high capacity hydrogen storage alloy. authors have also developed Zr_(0.9)STi_(0.1)(Mn_(0.7)V_(0.5)Ni_(1.2))_(0.92) alloys with high capacity and high rate-capability(4). This alloy has a discharge capacity of 392mAh/g at 0.25C dischare rate, i.e. its capacity is about 35
