Fuel cells are expected to play an imprtant role in the development of zero emission vehicles (ZEV), especially proton exhange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC). Lately, most of the major automotiv manufacturers (Toyota, Mazda, Renault PSA, Daimler Renz. Chrvsler, GM, etc.) have started different programs in fuel cells and sveral prototypes have been presented at recent auto shows.
