摘要

The ultrastructural distribution of guaiacyl and gualacyl-syringyl lignins in wheat straw was investigated in transmission electron microscopy using immunochemicla probles. According to the respective pecificity of the aintiboides it was possibile to localize condnesed veraus non-condensed interunit linkages in the different tiessures of wheat straws. The relative suscpetibility to the tissues and of the different zones of the cell walls to ligninolysis by phlebia radiata, Pleurotus eryngii and Ceriporiopsis subvermispora was investigated.
