This paper presents measured discharge coefficients for an ASME PTC-6 throat tap flow nozzle at throat Reynolds numbers of 10 Milion. Such flow nozzles are often used at these and higher Reynolds numbers durign high accuracy turbine tests. These Reynolds numbers are well above those achieved in calibration laboratories, and the calibration data must be extrapolated. Unfortunately, there has been little published data of actual nozzle performance at high Reynolds numbers.
