Landscape water conservation programs: evaluation of water budget based rate structures

摘要

Conservation programs targeting landscape water use will take on increasing importance in hte future.Water budget based rate structures have been identified as one of the most pormising programs to achieve cost-effective water savings,community acceptance,and water agency support.With the current strong levels of interest,there is a corresponding need for quantifying the program impacts and for identifying hte factors that have contributed to their success.
