High Precision Measuring Equipment for Testing andCalibration of Anthropoidic Meachanism Devices

To achieve andconfirm a demanded high absolute accuracy performances of anthropoidic mechanism devices without appropriate measuring equipment is almost impossible. For this reason we have made a new high precision measuring equipment for testing andcalibrating anthropoidic mechanism devices. In the paper we discuss the design and construction of the systems for measuring the distance and straightness, and a ceramic beam as as a reference line gauge with an L-type vacuum-air bearing sledge. The results of theoretically calculated measuring uncertainty of the reference length comparator are also provided.
