There are many ways of studing an ongoing project. From a broad perspective the new Norwegian Network project is based on three main pillars (shown in fig. 1). The first, the technical element which for instance concerns the database-solutions, the technical infrastructure. The second, the ortganizational elements having to do with the partners involved, how the organizational network is built and how the partners cooperate. The third, the financial element concerns the investments-and income model of the project-the expenses and earnings in volved. To establish a network project like the one in question, solutions concerning all the three elements have to the made. In this paper the focus will be upon the organizational elements. Using marketing and organizational theories as perspectives for studing. this element, some questions arising from this view are investigated.
