Rapid determination of substrate indole in enzymatic synthesis of L-tryptophan

摘要

A new method for determination of substrate indole in enzymatic synthesis of tryptophan was proposed. This method was not only accurate for the detection of substrate indole, but also could effectively avoid the interference of tryptophan and serine. The recovery percentage of indole was about 95.3 percent approx 103.2 percent. The experiments showed that this method was simple and practical, the test results were reliable.
