摘要

A new method-fluidized spray granulation and coating was created for maltitol that has very strong hygroscopicity and high viscocity. The granular diameter suitable for coating was investigated. The dying method was employed to observe integrality of granular coaling to optimize technology condition-fluidizing velocity, bed layer weight, concentration of coating material and atomizer pressure. The maltitol granules coated could be stored for as long as over one year in plastic bag.
