COMPUTER SIMULATION OF POLYMERIC PROCESS OF SBS

摘要

A model for simulating the polymeric process of SBS was established by using differential heat balances of tank, jacket and cooling tube respectively. The polymeric processes of star and linear-shaped styrene-butadiene block copolymer in pilot and l0kt/a production polymeric tanks were simulated by using this model. And the relations between the tank temperature and time were given. The predicted results from this model were in good agreement with the measured values.
