Peoples choice of words for describing noise reactions

The Norwegian that people use most often and that has highest overall correlation with other noise reaction indicators should probably replace lage>. The main result is, however, that all indicators load on the same factor, and that the construction of an additive index increases reliability significantly. Single indicators fail to give a true overall picture due to the presence of a number of results where people feel that frustrated does not fit but that irritated fits very well and visa versa. The use of such a composite noise reaction descriptor should be tried out in future Norwegian studies.
