摘要

It was studied the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) efficiency in function of different particle properties: size, mass and number concentration, shape and chemical composition, and also the voltage applied to the ESP. A maximum efficiency is reached at a determined voltage lower to the design one. The particle irregularity increases with its size and at a fixed one the irregular particles are better retained as the ESP voltage increases.
