Concept on a new educational system by internet oriented descriptive geometry

According to the prevalence of personal computers and the increase of internet users, the structure of society surrounding education and research seems to be changed to grow up a new open-educational system using internet. Nowadays, in such network circumstances, the technology which has been developed and used in the universities, educational institutions and research laboratories make it possible to communicate each other by using moving pictures and sound information on World Wide Web. And also by such technology, they are now connected to the global communicative network society.
