Integrating Service Design Delivery: A Proposed Model of The New Service Development Process

While the science of new product development continues to be refiend, less is understood regarding new service development. An in-depth review of the literature on new service development suggests a need for a model that clarifies how the design and delviery components of the development process are itnegrated. We provide support for this proposed model through a discussion of a case of new service development success are also examined.
