role of Self-Efficacy in Implementation Success of quality Programs in Organizations

摘要

In recent times, many companies have undertaken broad-based quality improvement training programs. Also, the construct of employee self-efficacy promises additional insights in to understaning and enhancing training efforts (Gist, 1987). The focus of this paper is to assess the effectiveness o quality training in organizations and the role of self-efficacy to further this effectiveness as part of company-wide development efforts.
