摘要

This study investigates the nonprofit HIV/AIDS clinic's strateigc responses to anticipated changes in their funding environment. The findings suggest the clinics are willin to consider numerous responses relative to the Cost Management, Imagery, Revenue Producing, and Staff Productivity dimensions. Teh Cost Management and Imagery strategies demosntrated statistical significance given future changes in government funding. Managerial and research implications are addressed.
