Present status in POSCO's mini-mill

摘要

POSCO constructed mini mill plant at Kwangwang works on Octorber 15, 1996. after hot-running test for two monithse. Since the first production in august, 1996 the productivity has been rapidly increased in spite of a number of difficulties in the initial operation stage. It is described that production and quality improvement focused on casting and rolling processes.
