Genetic Algorithm For Dan/Rna Sequence Comparison

摘要

This paper presents a new approach to rapid sequence comparison based on the Genetic lgorithms. In particular, we describe a genetic algorithm for RNA sequences alignment that is computationally simple and roubst. It can be applied in a variety of contexts including gene identification, analysis of multiple regions of similarity in RNA/DNA sequences. Due to the easily implementation in a parallel computer system, this method results faster than others.
