Scaleable High-Speed Data Acquisition and Control System

摘要

A scaleable data acquisition and control system is required to meet the requirements of a large, multifaceted aerodynamic and propulsion testing facility. Specialized high speed data acquisition and control systems are required to support test requirements ranging from a few to 10,000 channels, data rates from 10 ks/sec to 1 Ms/sec,a nd numerous types of data sources. A common design is necessary for integration into the operational scenario and infrastructure of such a test facility. That design must also be economically advantageous in terms of development and long-term maintenace cost and sufficiently flexible to take advantage of technological advances.
