Numerical Simulations of Electron Beam Processor Inerting System Performance

A computational fluid dynamics code is used to study flow phenomena in electron beam processor inerting systems. The objectives ofthis work are to develop more efficient systems and to extend effective inerting to faster web speeds. The results of the computations are compared to test data.
