Spreading capacity cost in real time reicing

摘要

This paper presents a new method for spreading capacity cost via hourly capacity cost credit in real time pricing (RTP). Both short-term operational capacity cost credit (SOCCC) and levelized long-term capital capacity cost credit (LLCCCC) are discussed. The SOCCC reflects the incremental operational capacity cost credit while LLCCCC reflects the allocation of long-term capital capacity cost credit.
