摘要

This paper discusses a new method to determine accurately the rolling surface errors of ball bearing by analysing the vibration signal which is caused when the bearing is in operation. This new method can be used to automatically detect and classify the rolling surface errors of ball bearing at the final step in the manufacturing process, and also to monitor the operation condition of ball bearing in a machine.
