A non-generic approach to low-level reuse in Ada

This paper will address several aspects of implementing a technique of low-level reuse of Ada software within an organization, beginning with the design phase of the development lifecycle, proceeding through the test and maintenance phases. The presented technique uses the Ada package, rather than the Ada generic, as the primary structure for implementing ruse. The benefits and drawbacks of the method will be presented.
