Perception of relevant information by an operator is accompanied by his skin resistance response (SRR). By experiment, threshold of SRR interimpulse interval (II) was found at the excess of which operator's functional state is interpreted as "loss of vigilance". Using this knowledge an algorithm has been developed for "man-machine" systems operator's vigilance level control (self-regulation) during the execution of activity algorithms based on the method of visual and sound biofeedback by SRR II parameter. Depending on the current values of SRR II, static or dynamic visual biofeedback is used. When SRR II exceeds the threshold value, dynamic visual and sound biofeedback are simultaneously used at the same time being a command for the operator to execute the test algorithm, the execution time is limited. If this algorithm has not been executed, has been executed with an error or excess of the pre-set time, the "man-machine" system is switched to the emergency operation mode.
