摘要

Simultaneous deposition of Nd and Ce metals by electrolysis of Nd_2O_3 CeO_2 was carried out in molten fluoride mixture at 1200°C which is a temperature above the melting point of Nd-Ce alloy. Homogeneous distribution of neodymium and cerium in the alloy obtained was confirmed by EDXA. It was found that the composition control of Nd-Ce alloy was possible in a limited range of electrolyte composition.
