An electrodeposition bath Al-Zr alloy comprising (A) an aluminum halide; (B) one kind or at least two kinds of compounds selected from the group consisting of N-alkylpyridinium halides, N-alkylimidazolium halides, halides of N, N'-alkylimidazolium, N-alquilpirazolio halides and halides of N, N '- alquilpirazolio; and (C) a halide of zirconium, wherein the bath comprises an aluminum halide (A) and compound (B) in a molar ratio ranging from 1: 1 to 3: 1 and wherein the bath further comprises one or at least two kinds of additives selected from the group consisting of (D) an aromatic organic solvent; (E) one or at least two kinds of organic polymers selected from the group consisting of styrenic polymers and diene polymers aliphatic derivatives; and (F) a class or at least two kinds of brightening agents selected from the group consisting of aliphatic aldehydes, aromatic aldehydes, aromatic ketones, unsaturated heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen atom, hydrazide compounds, heterocyclic compounds containing sulfur atom, hydrocarbons aromatics wherein each a substituent containing sulfur atom, aromatic carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof, aliphatic carboxylic acids which each has a double bond and derivatives thereof, compounds of acetylenic alcohol and trifluorocloroetilénicas resins, and wherein the amount of (C) halide zirconium is 1 to 50 g / l, the amount of (D) aromatic organic solvent when added is 1 to 50% by volume, the amount of (E) polymer organic when added is 1 to 10 g / l and the amount of (F) when added brightener is from 0.001 to 0.1 mol / l.
