Rotating floating rings in rotor bearings are widely used for decrease of rotor vibrations in small rotor-machines. Such bearings are two-film, i.e. containing two lubricant film. Dynamics of rotor with floating rings bearings is investigated in details in [1-3]. In turbochargers of internal combustion engines charging system also non-rotating floating ring are used [4]. At some combinations of design and condition parameters of the rotor bearing system the dimension of rotor and rings motion trajectory can essentially increase, though it is still limited [1-3]. To decrease journal and rings oscillations amplitudes and loadings, implied to bearing, design with three lubricant films can be used. It is achieved through installation of floating ring package into rotor-machine case. Floating rings package bearing consist of one non-rotating floating ring (NF ring) and two rotating floating rings (RF ring) (fig.1).
