REFRACTORIES EDUCATION IN SOUTH AFRICA

This paper describes the current situation of refractories education in South Africa. Courses on refractory materials are offered by tertiary academic institutions, industrially by independent consultants and refractory consultancy companies, as well as by learned voluntary organizations.
