Vertical Nano-Positioning System for Precision Machine

摘要

This paper presents a newly developed long stroke vertical nano-positioning system equipped with gravity compensation. The gravity compensator supports gravity load of a moving part along the vertical axis by the vacuum attraction force. The positioning evaluation results confirm that the developed stage has a remarkable nano-positioning capability over long stroke.
