Localized magnetostatic modes in magnetic superlattices and at the junction of two magnetic superlattices

The general dispersion equations for localized magnetostatic modes in the infinite magnetic superlattices with layered defects and at the junction of two magnetic superlattices are derived in the framework of the transfer-matrix formalism. The layers are assumed to be planes parallel to the film plane and parallel to one another.
