A Bell 212A and V22 Compatible Single Chip CMOS Modem

The EF67515 nixes digital logic and switched capacitor techniques to provide on a single chip all the necessary functions to design a stand alone full-duplex 1200/300 bps modem . Results measured on the circuit breadboard are presented.
