1000 Equivalent Gates GaAs BFL Gate Array

摘要

A 336 BFL cell (1000 equivalent 2 input gate) gate array with 1,2 GHz clock frequency performance with military temperature specifications is presented and discussed. Total power dissipation is less than 2.4 W for 80 % cell utilisation.
