摘要

A variable reference leak rate system using platinum wire-glass reference leak with molecular flow characteristic is developed for real time calibration of mass spectrometer leak detection and leak detection technique with extremely high sensitivity. Preliminary experimental result show that its leak rate can possibly be lower than 10~(-13) Pa·m~3/s.
