Multi-Task Principal-Agent Analysis between Owner and Property Management Enterprise

Principal-agent relationship between owner and property management enterprise is formed in the process of property management. Property management service is composed of multi-task, so the effort that property management enterprise imposes on its accomplished tasks is multi-dimension other than single-dimension. When both owner and property management enterprise are risk neutral,optimal incentive distribution has no relation with relativity of tasks, which is shared comparably by owner and property management enterprise; When owner is risk neutral, while property management enterprise is risk aversion,optimal incentive distribution has relation with relativity of tasks. It is helpful to analyze the multi-task relativity in property management service, which is able to improve the principal-agent relationship between owner and property management enterprise, reduce dissensions in property management and realize win-win of principal and agent.
