The release of distribution network investment is the exploration of China's reform in the natural monopoly of transmission and distribution. Compared with the traditional monopoly distribution network, the distribution network invested in the way of mixed ownership has no support from other networks' backup resources, so the cost of reliability planning is high. However, the distribution networks can reduce investment cost through coordinated planning. Firstly, the influence of the coordination of distributed power generation and tie lines on reliability planning is analysed, and the reliability investment cost model of distribution network is established. Then the cooperative game model of distribution network is proposed. Finally, based on the Shapley value, the benefit allocation strategy of multiple distribution network joint planning is proposed. Three distribution networks are used to simulate all possible joint planning modes. It is found that the distribution network planning can expand the power supply range of distributed generations and improve the utilization rate of power distribution equipment by coordinating distributed generations and tie lines. Based on the Shapley value allocation strategy, the benefits of the cooperative alliance can be reasonably allocated.
