CHINESE METAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ANALYSIS BASED ON FUZZY C-MEANS CLUSTERING－THE EVIDENCE FROM 16 COMPANIES IN CHINA

摘要

At present, the implementation of CSR is a compulsory course for China’s business. This paper uses fuzzy C-means clustering approach to analyze the status of CSR implementation in 16 Chinese businesses. The results indicated that the development of CSR in the metal manufacturing industry in China is not balanced, and the standard of CSR implementation and disclosure should be improved. Companies need to strengthen their management of market, social and environmental responsibilities.
