Knowledge linkage in international RD management: the case of Japanese MNCs

摘要

The paper analyzes various types of linkage mechanisms which make it possible for a company to transfer and convert globally-diffused contextual knowledge by looking at the innovative organizational experiments by the Japanese multinational companies which have been considered the most ethnocentric organizations.
