Deeper Chinese information processing of open software and its application in Chinese document watermarking

In English, a sentence is composed of English words, which are composed of twenty-six letters. So all software products can process English letters successfully. In Chinese, though a sentence is composed of Chinese characters, which are composed of basic components or strokes too, however, almost none of the software products can process Chinese components or strokes successfully. In this paper, we present a novel mathematical expression method of a Chinese character briefly. Based on the mathematical expressions of all the Chinese characters, we can implement deeper Chinese information processing such as processing strokes or components in open software products successfully. To explain the implementation method, we describe the realization method of searching Chinese characters by their components in Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Moreover, we present the outline of Chinese document watermarking as an application example of deeper Chinese information processing.
