摘要

Various closed loop control systems have been used to automate the infusion of the va- sodilator drug sodium nitroprusside (SNP), to maintain the decreased blood pressure at a desired level. As the significant variability in characteristic among patients and their changing conditions, an adaptive controller of blood pressure with Dahlin algorithm is developed in this paper. The adaptive controller is implemented on a microcomputer with BASIC and Assembler languages. Animal experiments in dogs indicate that the behaviour of the adaptive controller is satisfying.
