Matching of the normally incident H-polarized plane wave with a layered half-space

The authors derive and compare a system of linear algebraic equations (SLAE) of the first or second kind. The data given in a table allows one to make conclusions about the accuracy of calculations as a function of SLAE order M, and the relative permittivity and thickness of the layered material.
