IEN calibration laboratory for high precision multifunction instruments

摘要

The aim of this work is to describe the facilities developed at IEN Electrical Metrology Department for calibration of programmable high precision multifunction instruments. The facilities structure, the implemented traceability chain and the performed activity are here reported.
