Pulsed MHD power: state-of-the-art and prospects of development

摘要

The paper presents a review of state-of-the-art in the pulsed MHD power systems and their separate components. Principal attention is given to enhancement of their performance and cost-effectiveness. General application fields of the pulsed MHD power systems are also considered.
