Characteristic investigation of availability of surface and cosmic abonents in satellite information network on the basis of low-orbit artificial Earth satellites

Discusses the results of a study of constructing a satellite information network (SIN) with the use of a network satellite-retranslator (SR). A simulation model was worked out to investigate the orbital configuration of artificial Earth satellite-retranslators, consisting of several artificial Earth satellites.
