Strategic approach to high technology entrepreneurship-integrating action learning with AHP

摘要

The theoretical construct of integrating a group process like action learning with the objective analytical framework of Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP) is presented in the context of an emerging Indian high-technology venture. The encouraging results from the first 15 months of experimentation present a viable model for entrepreneurial high-technology firms in general, and more especially for an Indian firm faced with the perennial fluidity of a rapidly restructuring economy.
