PLL frequency synthesizer for TV set in a new BIMOS technology

PLL control of a TV tuner oscillator requires few high frequency or high voltage analog functions and counters programmed through a bus decoder. A fast BIMOS technology is well suited for such a circuit, leading to high sensitivity, small chip size and low power dissipation.
