Research situation on the design and fabrication of micro and small flexible mechanical structure

摘要

The recent researches on MEMS are reviewed, and the future developments of flexible mechanical structure are pointed out. Based on nonlinear geometrical FEM, wavelet and harmonious method of topology optimization, a method for design and fabrication of micro and small flexible mechanical structure is proposed.
