摘要

pulverized coal injection to blast furnnice is a time-variant,nonlinear and seriously disturbed complex process.This paper gives us a simplified control model which is widely used in many blast furnaces automatic control system.Then analyse its stable input error and stable disturbance error.from analysis, we get the conclusion that the commomly used PID control principle based on the simplified model cannot reach a satisfied control precision.
