The disputed microwave effects are going to reality. The similarity was recognized well onrnmicrowave and ultrasound processing in the microstructures of material. The analogy extendedrnto the concept of coherent phonons excited by monochromatic microwave. On the diversifiedrndiscussions and lectures in conjunction with the associated basic physics, this “Electromagneticrnwave (Photon) - Ultrasound (Phonon) – Mechanical work and coupling to order parameters ofrnthe matter” became the leading concept on the study of fundamental mechanism of microwavernprocessing.
